Fire Newspaper Feature: IMLAB CPR Add-on Kit Class

and we'd like to share the article with you!

IMLAB, a South Korean CPR education solutions company, is transforming large-scale CPR training environments with its innovative solution, 'CPR Add-on Kit Class,' which is bringing about significant changes in safety education.

Beginning with its supply to the Boramae Safety Experience Center, operated by the Seoul Fire and Disaster Headquarters early last year,

IMLAB has since secured contracts with various institutions.

These include national fire safety centers, the Muan Maritime Safety Experience Center in Jeollanam-do, and the Busan 119 Safety Experience Center.

The company has also finalized contracts with upcoming large-scale safety experience centers, such as the Incheon 119 Safety Experience Center and the Gwangju Bitgoeul Safety Experience Center.

The 'Class' solution was developed to address a persistent challenge in safety experience center education: the degradation of educational quality due to large class sizes and limited training time.

It offers two educational content modes: 'Feedback Mode,' which provides real-time feedback, and

'Achievement (Racing) Mode,' a competitive content designed to enhance engagement in what can often be perceived as dry and rigid CPR training.

'Class' is a program that integrates with all CPR manikins equipped with the 'CPR Add-on Kit' and 'cprCUBE,' a specialized CPR training device for chest compressions.

This integration allows for real-time feedback monitoring.

A key feature is its intuitive user interface (UI), making it easy for even first-time users to understand.

Up to 45 manikins can be simultaneously connected and controlled not only via PC but also through mobile devices such as smartphones or tablet PCs.

Instructors can control the system to suit various training scenarios, while students can easily review their individual training results through personalized feedback.

CPR Station Case Study: Self-Guided CPR Training at Icheon Nambu Health Support Center

IMLAB Employees Complete Advanced CPR Training

In September 2020, IMLAB employees participated in an advanced CPR course for the general public, organized by the Korean Association of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation. The training was conducted in compliance with COVID-19 safety guidelines, including social distancing measures. The curriculum included theoretical CPR instruction and simulations for both adults and infants, designed to prepare participants for various emergency scenarios. The training utilized mannequins equipped with IMLAB's Add-on Kit. During CPR performance tests, artificial respiration was practiced non-contact, with participants wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure safety. This training highlights IMLAB's commitment to employee safety and emergency preparedness, utilizing advanced tools like the CPR Cube and feedback mannequins for effective learning.
